We are seeking a Training Officer to join our team, specifically supporting the Seafood business. This full-time position is based in Makkah or Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, and is crucial for maintaining effective training operations.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Training Officer plays a key role in coordinating training programs within the Seafood business. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth administration and delivery of training initiatives. The primary objective is to support an error-free training database and contribute to the effective achievement of training objectives across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate various training programs for the Seafood business.
• Maintain and update the training database to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Process all necessary documents related to training activities.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the effective delivery of training objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Sciences, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Training, or Education sectors.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated knowledge of the training cycle.
• Strong planning and organizing capabilities.
• Ability to network effectively with external customers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and providing constructive feedback.
• A disciplined and meticulous approach, particularly during training workshops.
• Excellent spoken and written proficiency in both English and Arabic.

Compensation and Work Environment
