Role Overview: Commercial Head

KBR is seeking a Commercial Head to manage all activities related to securing contracts for maintenance within the Maintenance Department. This full-time position is based in Rabigh and involves ensuring compliance with operational area requirements to achieve World Class performance. The role requires over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed by contractors during normal refinery operations.
• Develop evaluation criteria and preliminary cost estimations for contracts.
• Coordinate and manage all activities related to preparing Instructions to Bidders.
• Conduct kick-off meetings with contractors.
• Evaluate economical offers after technical offers have been assessed by the contract responsible.
• Ensure company HSSEQ policies and programs are implemented within the contracts developed and managed under this responsibility.
• Ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPIs are included in all Maintenance Contractor agreements.

Contract Management Activities

• Request and tutor to develop scopes of work.
• Complete necessary documentation.
• Define prospective bidders.
• Call for tenders.
• Award contracts.
• Authorize contractors to commence work.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 12+ years of experience in a relevant commercial or contract management role.

This is a full-time position based in Rabigh, focusing on achieving World Class performance within the Maintenance Department.
