Role Overview

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Planner to join its team in Rabigh. This full-time role involves preparing and developing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis. The Planner will cover maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance activities as per schedule.
Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP’s equipment, plants, and utilities availability.
Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding the development of maintenance plans and schedules, providing technical inputs and recommendations as required.
Coordinate with the CET Division to evaluate progress against plans and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment are available and ready to perform jobs.
Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating to routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
Utilize SAP systems, computer programs, and software for the effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
Assist in preparing, developing, and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
Keep and maintain all historical records and databases of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
Ensure compliance with all HSE rules and encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma.
Alternatively, a minimum of 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
