About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Safety Engineer – Transmission Line above 220 KV to join its team in Ras Tannurah, Eastern Province. This full-time position is for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on high-voltage transmission line and substation projects. The role requires a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on high-voltage transmission line and substation projects.
• Implementing EHS protocols specific to the construction and electrical infrastructure sector.
• Working at site locations, including remote transmission areas.
• Applying basic knowledge of transmission line construction standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Electrical) from a regular college is mandatory.
• NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.
• 0 to 5 years of proven experience in EHS roles.
• Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV, 400kV, or 765kV) is preferred.
• 0-5 years of site experience in power, transmission, or infrastructure projects.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively in site environments.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Work Environment and Joining

This role requires a willingness to work at site, often in remote transmission locations. Candidates who can join within 30 to 60 days are preferred. The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process.
