The Role of Administrator

AECOM is seeking an Administrator for a contract position in Duba, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing the contract lifecycle and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. The Administrator will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contract terms to protect company interests and minimize risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, and closure, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Review, analyze, and negotiate contract terms and conditions to protect company interests and minimize risk exposure.
  • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records in centralized management systems, ensuring easy retrieval and accurate version control.
  • Monitor contract performance and vendor compliance, tracking key milestones, deliverables, and service level agreements.
  • Prepare and distribute contract reports, status updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders and management.
  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and operational teams to ensure contract alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve contract discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of contract amendments, modifications, and correspondence with all parties involved.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal departments regarding contract terms, obligations, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
  • Conduct regular audits of active contracts to ensure ongoing compliance and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in contract administration or a similar role.
