About the Brand Strategist Role at Four Colors

Four Colors, located in Unayzah, is seeking a Brand Strategist to join its team. This full-time position is central to building and developing brand identities from a strategic perspective. The role involves transforming client ideas and business objectives into clear, actionable strategies aimed at creating strong and distinctive brands.

Strategic Responsibilities

The Brand Strategist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing competitors, and accurately identifying target audiences. A core function of this role is to determine precise brand positioning and to construct the strategic framework that guides visual identity, communication efforts, and content development across all platforms.

Key Duties

Develop brand strategies from initial concept through to launch.
Conduct thorough market research and analyze competitors and target audiences.
Define brand positioning and brand personality.
Develop comprehensive brand strategy and brand architecture.
Prepare clear brand briefs for design and content teams.
Determine the appropriate tone of voice for each brand.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative ideas.
Translate client business goals into effective branding solutions and strategies.
Collaborate directly with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency.
Prepare proposals and strategies, and present them to clients.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in brand strategy or a closely related field. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to develop and implement strategic branding initiatives effectively.
