Sabk Aljusore Company is seeking a Warehouse Keeper – Truck Spare Parts to join our team in Unayzah. This full-time position is central to the efficient management and organization of our truck spare parts inventory. The role involves maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes.

Role Context and Impact

As a Warehouse Keeper, you will be responsible for the physical inventory and play a role in optimizing warehouse processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and ensure customer needs are met promptly. This position contributes directly to the company's ability to serve clients effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to maintain an organized and efficient environment for storing truck spare parts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits using inventory management software to verify stock levels, track discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments of spare parts, ensuring quality standards are met and proper documentation in the inventory system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in fulfilling customer requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely stock replenishment, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships for effective supply chain management.
• Implement safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor inventory trends and inform decisions regarding stock levels and ordering practices.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management, preferably with truck spare parts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
