The Receptionist Role

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join its team. This full-time position involves managing incoming and outgoing communications and supporting departmental operations, contributing to the efficient functioning of the workplace. The Receptionist serves as a primary point of contact, ensuring smooth information flow and effective communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Attend to and answer incoming telephone and radio calls.
Communicate information to the respective departments as required.
Maintain an accurate log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
Inform the Shift Manager of any issues pertinent to the department.
