About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a skilled Architect to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves developing functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs for new constructions, renovations, and alterations of buildings within the group's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate architectural design packaging and scope of work.
• Ensure detailed designs meet industry standards and government regulations.
• Coordinate Architectural and MEP BIM Model production using Revit.
• Provide building material finishes specifications, evaluation, and selection.
• Monitor the work of architectural draftsmen.
• Liaise with clients to address issues promptly and ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the MEP Team during detailed design production and construction stages.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and address site queries and issues.
• Provide construction phasing plans in coordination with project managers and end-users.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, and environmental impacts on projects.
• Develop projects adhering to specified budgets and timelines.
• Undertake regular site visits and conduct weekly quality check inspections.
• Understand drawing submissions to the Municipality Department.
• Coordinate and obtain approvals from the Municipality Department (Baladiya/Ammana).
• Produce As-built drawings and As-built BIM models.
• Review and produce Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Prepare 3D presentations, including rendered images.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including Revit for BIM model production.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, government regulations, and municipality approval processes.
• Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, MEP teams, and subcontractors.
