Assistant Quality Control

About the Role

Al Ghurair is seeking an Assistant Quality Control to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Quality Control systems across operations. The position focuses on maintaining high standards of driver quality and hygiene, as well as vehicle cleanliness, in full compliance with RTA and company quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure driver and vehicle quality standards are met in line with RTA and company requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections at base camp and on-site regarding vehicle cleanliness, driver hygiene, and overall service quality.
• Maintain inspection records, track non-compliance, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support external and internal teams on Quality Control regulations.
• Investigate quality-related incidents or violations and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure drivers and customers are treated with utmost respect throughout all processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum high school education; college education is preferable.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, focusing on operational quality control within the company's systems and processes.
