BIM Manager

About the Role

HAK Engineering is seeking a BIM Manager to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for managing and advancing the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies across all phases of engineering projects. The BIM Manager will ensure the seamless integration of digital models across various disciplines, adhering to both local and international BIM standards to uphold high levels of quality, efficiency, and project information management. This position supports the company's objectives by enhancing project deliverables and mitigating risks and costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive BIM strategies across projects.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with approved BIM standards and specific project requirements.
• Oversee the development and ongoing maintenance of 3D BIM models.
• Coordinate all BIM activities across various engineering disciplines.
• Ensure the integration and accuracy of all project data and information.
• Lead BIM teams, effectively allocating tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide essential technical support and guidance to BIM Engineers and BIM Coordinators.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the BIM Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in BIM management and implementation within engineering projects. A strong understanding of local and international BIM standards is required to ensure compliance and effective project execution.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role may involve work on projects located in Jeddah and Makkah.
