Hmolat is a leading logistics services company. We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our operations in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch activities, ensuring the achievement of sales and operational targets, and managing key relationships. This role requires a strong leader with a background in logistics management and a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and operational targets within the approved budget.
• Obtain and renew the branch’s licenses, including those for customs clearance, land, sea, and air freight.
• Lead the sales and operations teams, focusing on diversifying services and customer sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers, and finalize contracts.
• Manage credit accounts, collections, carrier payables, and expense control.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing logistics branches or teams.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and freight procedures, as well as government licensing requirements.

Experience Level

This role requires candidates with 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
