Branch Manager

About the Role

Hydraulic House Solutions - HHS is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee its operations in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on efficient branch management, achieving sales and profitability targets, and supervising the team while ensuring excellent customer service and continuous sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage and monitor sales operations for bearings, industrial spare parts, and hydraulic supplies.
• Build and develop strong relationships with existing customers and attract new clients.
• Monitor price offers, requests, and sales, ensuring quick response to customer needs.
• Track the performance of the sales team, assign tasks and objectives, and monitor their achievement.
• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and regularity.
• Manage and monitor inventory, ensuring accurate balances, availability of required items, and reduction of shortages or stagnation.
• Monitor receiving, dispensing, and supply operations, ensuring compliance with approved procedures.
• Analyze sales and inventory movement to identify high-demand and stagnant items.
• Monitor collections and receivables in coordination with the financial department, adhering to company policies.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, inventory, customers, team performance, and results compared to targets.
• Monitor market prices, competitors, alternative products, and new commercial opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues, working to resolve them quickly and professionally.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Train and develop the branch team, enhancing their technical and sales knowledge.
• Coordinate with management, warehouses, and procurement to ensure the availability of required products.
• Maintain the order and organization of the branch and its warehouses, and ensure the safety of products and equipment.
• Assume full responsibility for the branch's operational and sales results, and work to improve profitability.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant practical experience in managing branches and sales of bearings, industrial spare parts, and hydraulics.
• Strong experience in the field of bearings, industrial parts, and hydraulic components and systems.
• Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the market, customers, suppliers, and competitors in the industrial spare parts sector.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to read and analyze sales and inventory reports and make appropriate decisions.
• High leadership and management skills, with the ability to monitor and motivate team performance.
• Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility for results.
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory software; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
