The Opportunity

Almarai is expanding its operations through an aggressive growth program and strategic acquisitions in new vertical markets. This expansion has created an opportunity for a Receptionist to join a multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's continued growth. This full-time position is available in Makkah, Rabigh, and King Abdullah Economic City.

Role Summary

The Receptionist is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone and radio calls. This role involves directing communications to the appropriate departments and maintaining accurate logs of all call activities. The Receptionist will also inform the Shift Manager of any issues relevant to the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and answer incoming telephone and radio calls.
• Communicate effectively with respective departments to relay messages and information.
• Maintain a detailed log of all outgoing and incoming calls.
• Inform the Shift Manager of all issues pertinent to the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining call logs.
