Job Summary

Hilton is seeking a Chief Concierge to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The Chief Concierge is responsible for delivering memorable service that reflects the company's commitment to hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, train, schedule, and support concierge team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
Coordinate special services, including medical care, childcare, and floral delivery, to meet personalized guest needs.
Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests.
Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging the use of hotel services and programs.
Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or University Degree.
5-10 years of experience in a concierge or similar guest services leadership role.
