The Role of Concierge Supervisor

The Concierge Supervisor is a full-time position within the Front Services team at Rosewood Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. This role supports the Concierge operation, ensuring guests receive high-quality service from arrival through departure. The supervisor will lead daily operations, focusing on personalized service, local expertise, and the coordination of guest requests. Collaboration with Front Office, Butler Services, Transportation, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and external partners is central to creating seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and supervise the daily operations of the Concierge desk, maintaining high standards of guest service.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, dining reservations, destination recommendations, activities, and special requests.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local partners and service providers to enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure accurate handling of guest information, itineraries, reservations, and follow-up requests.
• Support the training and development of Concierge associates to uphold luxury service standards.
• Identify opportunities to create personalized and memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for delivering guest experiences and fostering connections.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office operations.
• Strong destination knowledge with the ability to provide tailored recommendations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills for building relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
• Ability to lead by example, inspire teamwork, and maintain composure under pressure.
