Role Overview

Unity Holding Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Control Manager to join its team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending across operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, focusing on financial oversight and cost optimization within a dynamic business environment.

Purpose of the Role

The Cost Control Manager will play a critical role in managing and monitoring the company's financial resources, with a particular emphasis on its multibranch Food & Beverage (F&B) brand. This position is responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, identifying opportunities for savings, and maintaining robust financial tracking and reporting mechanisms to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and expense reports.
• Maintain current cost and price lists, monitor cost/price measures, and advise on variations.
• Monitor market trends that could impact resource costs and identify new vendors or cost-cutting partnerships.
• Manage supplier relationships and approve purchases in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
• Conduct periodic checks on restaurant food value as compared to cashier-posted food totals.
• Perform periodic physical counts for affiliate and distributor stock.
• Conduct comprehensive cost analyses to identify savings opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations departments to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Maintain cost efficiency and monitor departmental spending within approved budgets.
• Analyze invoices to verify that correct products/services were received at the expected cost.
• Serve as a liaison between auditors and the Supply Chain department during annual audits, providing necessary information.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in cost control or a related financial management role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and Menu Engineering.
• Essential experience in a multibranch F&B brand environment.
