The Role: Demi Chef De Partie – Kitchen

An opportunity is available for a Demi Chef De Partie to join the Kitchen team at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves supporting kitchen operations and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute orders accurately as instructed by the Chef de Partie, ensuring tasks are completed according to daily requirements.
• Prepare daily requisitions for wine, dry store, food, and kitchen transfers, obtaining approval from the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef to maintain high stock rotation.
• Adhere to specifications for portion size, quantity, and quality as outlined in the recipe index provided by the Chef de Partie.
• Maintain high standards and consistent quality in daily food preparation, staying informed about new products, recipes, and techniques.
• Organize mise-en-place production and service shifts in collaboration with the Chef de Partie to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Strictly follow food safety and hygiene procedures and regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
