Baytonia, a Saudi platform specializing in furniture and home furnishings, operates through an online marketplace and showrooms. We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist focused on Training Development & Corporate Culture to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and is central to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, managing performance, and developing training initiatives. This position requires an individual who can build strong relationships across all organizational levels, promote company values, and ensure fair and objective performance evaluations. The specialist will be responsible for creating a sense of belonging while also addressing performance issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote company values and integrate them into the daily work environment.
• Organize and manage employee celebrations and internal events, including holidays and special achievements.
• Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs.
• Facilitate new employee onboarding to ensure a positive initial experience.
• Measure employee satisfaction and engagement, providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Manage the performance review cycle, ensuring timely completion by managers.
• Collaborate with department managers to establish performance objectives and KPIs.
• Conduct objective performance evaluations and address underperformance professionally.
• Facilitate employee feedback sessions and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Analyze performance evaluation results and prepare reports for management.
• Identify employee training needs based on performance and job requirements.
• Develop and manage the annual training plan and budget.
• Coordinate with training providers, enroll employees in programs, and monitor attendance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on performance.
• Maintain accurate training records for all employees.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in training, development, or corporate culture roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to conduct objective performance evaluations and handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Proficiency in identifying training needs and developing comprehensive training plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in organizing corporate events or managing Employee Experience initiatives.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or relevant training and development certifications.
• Experience with HR systems, particularly Odoo.
• Previous experience in retail or e-commerce.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in either Jeddah or Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic team to support employee growth and foster a positive workplace culture at Baytonia.
