About the Role

Guthmi Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is critical for overseeing and optimizing inventory processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting strategic planning through detailed analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed studies of inventory and analyze sales data for raw materials and price categories.
Monitor the manufacturing plan for catalogs and hangars, ensuring adherence to the adopted annual plan.
Track the distribution of catalogs to customers and monitor their sales performance post-distribution.
Review and update the customer list for raw materials.
Monitor balances of distributed and in-process catalogs to ensure sufficient stock levels.
Ensure the company's code library is updated, includes all current codes, and removes expired ones.
Coordinate with lounge managers to conduct full inventories, and manage the manufacturing or modification of hangars to ensure item balance and display.
Propose price adjustments based on market studies of similar items, coordinating with sales and presenting to the supply manager.
Analyze data to forecast future inventory needs.
Manage the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
Ensure the accuracy of shipments and all inventory transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to perform detailed inventory analysis and sales forecasting.
Experience in managing and optimizing inventory processes within a dynamic environment.

Required Skills

Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis tools.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to operations in Jeddah. The role requires active engagement with various departments to ensure seamless inventory flow and accuracy.
