Role Summary

Rayqube is seeking an IT Technician for a contract position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves the installation, setup, and maintenance of event technology hardware. The IT Technician will provide on-site technical support during events to ensure seamless operation of all technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up event technology hardware on-site.
• Provide technical support throughout event durations to resolve any issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware systems.
• Coordinate with project managers for equipment transport and setup schedules.
• Ensure timely breakdown and removal of hardware after events.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant IT technical role.
• Candidates will be required to attend an online interview to answer basic technical questions.
• Successful completion of the technical interview will lead to enrollment in Rayqube's freelance technicians database.
