About the Role

Koraspond Technology / Kodeflix is seeking a Junior Technology Solutions & Project Coordinator to join our team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is designed for a fresh graduate with 0-1 years of experience who is organized, technology-oriented, and eager to support pre-sales, client coordination, and technology project management activities across our diverse technology services.

Role Context and Focus Areas

The Junior Technology Solutions & Project Coordinator will work across various technology services, including Web Development, Mobile Application Development, AI & Digital Solutions, Cybersecurity Services, and Cloud & Technology Solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales, technical, development, and cybersecurity teams to understand client requirements, prepare solutions, coordinate projects, and maintain clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to understand business and technical requirements.
• Prepare meeting notes, requirement documents, proposals, presentations, and project briefs.
• Support the pre-sales team in preparing technology solutions and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, cybersecurity teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, pending items, and client approvals.
• Follow up with technical teams on project progress.
• Help translate business requirements into clear tasks for the development team.
• Support demonstrations and presentations of technology solutions.
• Research technology trends, competitors, cybersecurity requirements, and potential solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and action trackers.
• Support the preparation of proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and technical submissions.
• Assist the business development team in identifying additional opportunities with existing clients.
