About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Makkah. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role is integral to promoting Hikma products and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review updated records of sales targets and activities, and assess performance against achieved goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships, organize appointments, and coordinate events with Hikma customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, to promote product prescription, dispensing, and usage to meet sales targets.
• Increase awareness of Hikma products through continuous learning and information sharing with healthcare providers.
• Obtain current information about doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability, territory coverage, and provide reporting and feedback. Monitor competitor activity and products within the market.
• Follow up on and review Hikma products’ market performance through client responses and other indicators, anticipating new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/sales reporting for the supervisor/manager as requested and agreed upon, ensuring optimal territory coverage.
• Ensure compliant behavior in correspondence with company rules and regulations at all times.
