LLSC (Language & Listening Stimulation Center) is a specialized medical center established in Saudi Arabia in 2011. The center provides comprehensive rehabilitation, guidance, and consulting services for children and adults facing challenges in communication, language, and behavior. Operating in cities such as Jeddah and Makkah, LLSC works in strategic partnership with international experts and was the first center in the Kingdom to implement a “Journey Sharing” program, emphasizing close collaboration and family involvement in care. Services include speech improvement, fluency therapy, voice disorder treatment, language delay intervention, auditory-verbal rehabilitation, learning difficulty support, behavior modification, psychological services, attention and intelligence assessments, and early skills preparation programs.

The Opportunity: Occupational Therapist

LLSC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join its full-time, on-site team in Jeddah. This role involves providing essential assessment and treatment services for children and adults. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and a strong commitment to supporting individuals with challenges in communication, language, behavior, and related developmental areas within a multidisciplinary clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for pediatric and adult populations.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions focused on sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, daily living skills, and school readiness.
• Collaborate closely with speech therapists, psychologists, educators, and families to ensure integrated care and align therapy goals with center programs.
• Document client progress, prepare comprehensive reports, and participate actively in case conferences.
• Contribute to parent education and training sessions.
• Maintain ethical, culturally sensitive practice and stay current with best practices in pediatric and adult rehabilitation.

Qualifications and Education

• Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
• Current professional licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Saudi Arabia.
• 0-1 years of experience in clinical or educational settings, preferably within speech, language, developmental, or behavioral services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention across pediatric and adult populations.
• Solid foundation in Rehabilitation principles and an understanding of related Medicine concepts relevant to multidisciplinary care.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and a diverse clinical team, including providing clear education and counseling.
• Experience or strong interest in Pediatrics, particularly concerning developmental delays, learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, and sensory processing issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt interventions to cultural and family contexts.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with basic proficiency in digital health records and reporting.
• Commitment to continuous learning, evidence-based practice, and participation in professional development activities.

Work Setting

This is a full-time, on-site position based at LLSC in Jeddah. The Occupational Therapist will operate within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, working alongside various specialists to deliver integrated care.
