About the Role

Arabic Meals Co is seeking an Operations Manager for the restaurant industry. This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient operational systems that support the business needs, working cross-functionally with various business units.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective daily functioning of the business. This involves establishing and upholding high standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability across all operations, while also managing financial aspects to align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
Manage the daily functions and operational flow of the business.
Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and legal rules.
Manage the operational budget to align effectively with the overall business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, preferably within the restaurant industry or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively across different business units.
Proven experience in creating and maintaining efficient operational systems.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with various teams.
