The Role of Outdoor Facilitator / Trainer

Aathar Holding Company is seeking an experienced Outdoor Facilitator / Trainer to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to the delivery of high-impact outdoor experiential learning programs. The position is suitable for an Outward Bound professional with 5-10 years of strong field experience, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and a commitment to outdoor education and facilitator development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate outdoor experiential learning programs and field activities.
• Supervise, coach, and develop facilitators.
• Support the recruitment and selection of new freelance facilitators.
• Train, assess, and support facilitators throughout the accreditation process.
• Lead diverse participant groups while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and participant experience.
• Contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of field programs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Valid or recognized Outward Bound certification/accreditation.
• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant outdoor facilitation or training role.
• Professional references from previous Outward Bound managers or supervisors are required.

• Good computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.

Work Environment and Expectations
