About Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah

Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a dedicated Plumber to join its full-time maintenance team in Makkah. This role is for professionals committed to delivering high standards of service and maintaining essential building systems within a dynamic environment.

The Role of a Plumber

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various plumbing systems, fixtures, and components used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. The role requires ensuring all work adheres to relevant codes and contributes to providing excellent customer service through effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and ensure operational status of all automatic flushing valves.
Clean and maintain all fat traps located within kitchen areas.
Conduct regular maintenance and apply appropriate chemicals for cleaning existing soil and stack pipes.
Ensure all roof-level ventilation vent pipes and roof rainwater outlets remain clear at all times.
Review building plans and specifications to determine optimal layouts for plumbing and related materials.
Identify necessary tools and specialized equipment, and select the correct type and size of pipe.
Accurately locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures.
Install supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment.
Install, repair, and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems, as well as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, and conditioners.
