Presales Field Representative

About the Role

United Group is seeking a Presales Field Representative to join their team in the Makkah region, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves daily travel to various animal feed markets to build customer relationships, monitor market activity, and manage sales processes from order placement to delivery follow-up. The position requires significant mobility and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit all planned customers on a daily basis.
• Drive up to 800 km daily to visit animal feed markets and stores.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers, including store owners and major traders.
• Monitor and report on competitor prices, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Present and promote United Feeds products to potential customers.
• Place customer orders and ensure accurate follow-up until delivery.
• Maintain daily reporting of visits, orders, and market insights.
• Follow up on customer credit.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales.
• Valid driving license and willingness to drive long distances.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with mobile applications and basic reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regional geography and market dynamics.
• Ability to join immediately.

Work Environment

This role is field-based and requires extensive daily travel within the Makkah region, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. The position is full-time and involves direct interaction with customers and market stakeholders.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in presales.
