About Eram Talent and the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Project Engineer Electrical to join our team. This full-time position is focused on leading and delivering complex electrical projects within the building and infrastructure sectors in the Makkah region, including Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Purpose

The Project Engineer Electrical is responsible for the comprehensive management of electrical systems throughout the project lifecycle. This includes leading the design, review, coordination, and execution of electrical systems for various projects. The role ensures strict compliance with applicable codes, industry standards, safety requirements, and overall project objectives, requiring close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential technical support during the construction phase, including the review of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to monitor project advancement and quality.
• Follow up on the timely resolution of technical queries and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Support all testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.
• Ensure that all electrical installations consistently meet design intent, established quality standards, and critical safety requirements.
• Direct and oversee the planning, coordination, execution, control, and successful completion of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic commitments and objectives.
• Lead relevant teams and stakeholders during the planning stages, conducting thorough constructability reviews to enhance project viability, optimize budgets, and achieve optimal solutions for customers.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering critical electrical projects, consistently meeting key objectives and planned outcomes. This individual should possess strong commercial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of all stages of an electrical project life cycle, from initial feasibility studies to final commissioning. An effective leader will employ a facilitative management style to build high-performing teams and foster collaborative relationships with external designers, engineers, customers, and all relevant stakeholders.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a Project Engineer Electrical role or similar capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex electrical projects.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, with project responsibilities extending to Jeddah.
