About Kidana and the Role

Kidana (كدانة) is seeking a Sr. Specialist Compliance to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting the organization’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations within the region.

Role Purpose

The Sr. Specialist Compliance supports the execution of Kidana’s compliance program through dedicated monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities. The role involves assisting in policy implementation, conducting regulatory research, and participating in compliance investigations to maintain the company's adherence to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct regulatory research and track changes in relevant laws and standards.
• Help prepare and update compliance documentation, including policies, manuals, and reports.
• Support internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Assist in investigating potential compliance violations.

Compliance Monitoring and Reporting

• Execute compliance monitoring activities under manager supervision.
• Perform testing of controls and accurately document findings.
• Collect and analyze compliance data for reporting purposes.
• Help prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management review.
• Support the development of compliance training materials and deliver awareness sessions to employees.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in compliance or a related field.
