About the Role

Hilti Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technician for its Tool Service Centre (TSC) team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, entry-level position designed to provide foundational experience and prepare individuals for a career path within Hilti. The Technician will be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective repair services for Hilti tools.

Key Responsibilities

Perform best-in-class repairs on various Hilti power tools, including angle grinders, rotary hammers, combi hammers, vacuum cleaners, breakers, screwdrivers, and diamond and measuring tools.
Utilize analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis for tool malfunctions.
Develop proposals and solutions aimed at enhancing the quality, speed, and cost-efficiency of the repair process.
Ensure all repair work consistently meets established quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to perform detailed technical repairs.
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
