FNRCO is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is for a Warehouse Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance within the company's warehousing activities.

The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all warehouse functions. This includes coordinating the flow of goods, maintaining rigorous safety standards, and leading a team to achieve productivity targets. The role demands a proactive approach to managing logistics and ensuring meticulous recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehousing activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with established safety procedures and oversee their effective implementation on site.
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order processing, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate recordkeeping in accordance with company standards.
• Lead and train warehouse staff to enhance productivity and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain clear communication channels between warehouse teams and management to report progress and address issues promptly.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related operational role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both indoor office environments and outdoor warehouse settings.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, logistics, and safety regulations.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a hands-on approach, involving direct engagement with warehouse operations.
