About the Role

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking a WMS Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the comprehensive daily administration, operation, technical support, and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Role Overview

The WMS Supervisor is central to ensuring the optimal functionality and efficiency of the warehouse management system. This position focuses on driving operational excellence, maintaining data accuracy, and implementing continuous process improvements across all WMS-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily administration, operation, and technical support for the Warehouse Management System.
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance and stability of the WMS infrastructure.
• Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guarantee high levels of data accuracy within the system.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements to optimize WMS performance and user experience.

System Management and Collaboration

• Lead training programs for WMS users to ensure proficiency and system adoption.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues through effective troubleshooting.
• Manage the integration of the WMS with existing IT infrastructure and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external clients to align WMS operations with business objectives and client needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should demonstrate a solid background in managing and optimizing warehouse management systems. Required qualifications include:

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in WMS administration, operations, or a related supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to manage complex system environments and drive technical improvements.
• Experience in leading training initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
