You will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on social media marketing and web analytics. Collaborating with various departments and marketing agencies will be key in ensuring efficient and effective implementation of our strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to achieve marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and other departments, ensuring continuous follow-up.
• Analyze web analytics to improve strategies based on insights.
• Create and maintain content calendars for timely executions.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with customer service to address feedback effectively.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing and web analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Research and sales skills are essential.
• Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with current digital marketing tools and trends.
• Experience in the E-commerce and retail sectors in Saudi Arabia is highly valued.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
