About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Hair Styling Specialist for the Dyson boutique at Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves delivering a high-service retail experience, demonstrating Dyson technology, and providing aftersales support. Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to provide outstanding retail experiences by presenting and demonstrating Dyson machines, while also discussing the science of hair. The Hair Styling Specialist reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for managing appointment bookings and conducting styling sessions. This role requires adaptability within an entrepreneurial business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Balance sales objectives with service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising within the assigned area.
• Perform blow-drying and styling for customer hair sections.
• Offer guidance on hair care techniques and related products.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld and tasks are executed according to Dyson guidelines.
