انضم إلى فندق م مكة الدانة كمساعد تدبير منزلي، حيث ستكون مسؤوليتك الأساسية هي ضمان نظافة غرف النزلاء والمناطق العامة. ستعمل عن كثب مع المشرفين مع الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الفندق.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • جمع المفاتيح والمهام اليومية، وتحضير العربات والمعدات الضرورية لأداء المهام.
  • الحفاظ على وتنظيف غرف النزلاء، وتزويدها بالإمدادات وفقًا لمعايير الأداء في الفندق.
  • ضمان تنظيف الحمامات وتجديدها مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
  • ترتيب ممتلكات النزلاء أثناء عمليات التنظيف في الغرف والحمامات.
  • إبلاغ خدمة ركن السيارات عن الغسيل، والتنظيف الجاف، أو الكي، لضمان رضا النزلاء.
  • تنظيف ممرات النزلاء، وخزائن الخدمة، والمناطق، مع الحفاظ على مظهر احترافي.
  • الإبلاغ عن مشاكل الصيانة لقسم الهندسة لدعم الحفاظ على المرافق.
  • مراعاة احتياجات النزلاء أثناء العمل في المناطق العامة وضمان رضاهم.
  • الالتزام بالمعايير البيئية والصحية والسلامة وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.

  • Address guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain inventory of guestroom and cleaning supplies, ordering replacements as needed, and control expenses within set budgets.
  • Organize night cleaning operations for kitchens, offices, public spaces, health club facilities, and pool areas to maintain cleanliness.
  • Prepare the Annual Housekeeping Budget, making recommendations for equipment modernization and staying informed about developments through meetings with salesmen, consultants, and attending Hotel Trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Department to control expenses within monthly forecasts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices in housekeeping management.
  • Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.

About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard.
