المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية مبيعات شاملة لقطاع الخرسانة الجاهزة.
  • قيادة وتطوير فريق المبيعات ومتابعة أدائهم وتحقيق المستهدفات.
  • بناء علاقات استراتيجية مع شركات المقاولات والمطورين العقاريين.
  • التفاوض على العقود والاتفاقيات التجارية ومتابعة تنفيذها.
  • تحليل السوق والمنافسين وتحديد الفرص الجديدة.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا عن الأداء والمبيعات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 – 12 سنة في مجال مبيعات الخرسانة الجاهزة.
  • خبرة مثبتة كمدير مبيعات أو رئيس قسم مبيعات في مصنع خرسانة.
  • معرفة قوية بسوق المقاولات والمشاريع في مدينة الرياض.
  • شبكة علاقات قوية مع شركات المقاولات والمطورين.
  • مهارات عالية في التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات وإدارة الفرق.
  • إجادة استخدام أنظمة CRM وإعداد التقارير.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية.
