About the Role:Join Saudia Cargo as a
Sales Support Manager, where you will lead and optimize sales support operations across the Western, Central, and Eastern Hemispheres. This role is crucial in ensuring alignment with commercial goals and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact for all sales support activities across Hemispheres.
- Align sales support processes with global strategies and local market needs.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Evaluate sales performance and maintain SLA compliance with detailed reporting.
- Distribute sales targets and propose market innovations.
- Manage Hemisphere KPIs, incentive schemes, contracts, and partner performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, CRM updates, and incentive calculations.
- Monitor CRM adoption, data integrity, and user engagement.
- Analyze sales data using Power BI, CRM, and Excel to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop dashboards to track performance trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 510 years in sales operations or support, preferably in a regional or global role.
