- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of accounts, achieving targets and maximizing productivity.
- Implementing and executing all sales action plans to exceed set targets.
- Establishing parameters, quoting and negotiating prices with customers for both transient and group business.
- Promoting and producing sales leads for Rotana within designated areas.
- Providing feedback on marketing conditions and competition trends.
- Maintaining files of major accounts and assisting in accounts management.
- Maximizing upselling opportunities during negotiations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in sales with a minimum of two years of post-graduate work experience, ideally within the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills with excellent presentation abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English, and proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
