Join Alkhorayef Petroleum Company as a Field Maintenance Engineer!
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide advanced technical support in maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning for Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our critical equipment across industrial sites in the Oil & Gas and Water sectors.

Responsibilities:

• VSD Maintenance & Repair:
  • Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repairs on Low-voltage VSDs.
  • Troubleshoot power electronics, IGBTs, control boards, cooling systems, and harmonic filters.
  • Conduct power quality analysis and waveform capture.
• ESP Operation & Optimization:
  • Install, commission, and troubleshoot ESP systems including motors, pumps, seals, sensors, and surface VSDs.
  • MonitorESP performance data such as amperage, vibration, temperature, and pressure to optimize run life and efficiency.
• Field Service Execution:
  • Lead on-site interventions independently, including emergency breakdown support.
  • Read and understand electrical schematics and control system diagrams.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards (LOTO, arc flash, confined space).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Maintenance field.
• Previous experience in Oil and Gas is required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
