About the Role:
The Maintenance Engineer – Electrical/Mechatronics will play a vital role in ensuring the reliable operation and safety of our factory machines and equipment. You will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on preventive and predictive maintenance for various machines including CNC, laser cutting, and drilling units.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintenance codes.
• Monitor critical parameters and support the installation of new equipment.

People Management:
Supervise maintenance technicians, allocate tasks, and foster a proactive maintenance culture.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven expertise in maintaining press machines and automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and energy management practices.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in maintenance reporting tools.

About the Job:
The Maintenance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and utilities at Lucy Group Ltd. As a part of the vibrant team in Dammam, you will be entrusted with maintaining various machines, including CNC maintenance of TRUMPF Laser, Punching, and Bending Machines. Your expertise will drive productivity by executing preventive maintenance and ensuring operational efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct machinery and equipment service and maintenance, including breakdown calls.
• Generate maintenance activity job reports and keep service records.
• Collaborate in cost control and continuous improvement activities.
• Implement health and safety measures in compliance with company policies.
• Manage day-to-day operations alongside the maintenance team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Train maintenance team members and maintain training records in accordance with ISO quality standards.
• Report daily to the Line Manager and allocate work to maintenance team members.

Performance Indicators:

• 98% and above machine uptime.
• Zero accidents in the workplace.
• Meeting departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPl's).

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with substantial experience in sheet metal fabrication machinery maintenance.
• 5-7 years of experience in a maintenance department, ideally within the sheet metal manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices in the Gulf region.
