Role Overview:As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring structured CRM-driven sales execution while managing key accounts and identifying upselling opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:- Own the sales pipeline from Lead to Opportunity to Meeting and Closure.
- Manage key accounts, follow up on renewals, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and weekly reporting.
- Coordinate quotations and commercial offers with internal teams.
- Lead sales team activities and ensure proper CRM usage.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and commercial presentations.
- Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure.
Requirements:- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in logistics, ports, or 3PL).
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and structured reporting.
- Able to obtain port access clearance.
