Join Centro Hotels by Rotana as a Host / Hostess!
We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who want to move their careers forward. As a Host / Hostess, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the assigned outlet, ensure they are attended to at all times.
• Handle reservations and manage the reservation book professionally.
• Coordinate with the service team to set up the outlet according to floor plans and reservation requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet and entrance area.
• Stay knowledgeable of menus and ongoing promotions to assist guests effectively.
• Ensure guest satisfaction upon their departure.

Skills and Experience:
Ideally, candidates should have a diploma or degree in hospitality with prior experience in the Food & Beverage Department within a hotel. A polite demeanor, excellent command of the English language, and ideally, multiple language skills are highly valued.

Attributes: The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, enthusiastic, and possess good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. A smart appearance and grooming are essential.
