Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information regarding networks, treatments, and paperwork requirements.
- Identify and report recurring issues to allow for prompt corrective actions.
- Use and interpret multiple systems for preauthorizations, claims research, and provider network status.
- Understand client and provider contracts in handling calls effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery.
- Resolve complaints with minimal supervisor intervention.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments.
- Proficiency in using personal computers and navigating software applications.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work well under stress.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflict professionally.
- Excellent follow-up skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
