Key Responsibilities:- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; identify new opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors, ensuring exceptional service.
- Product Distribution and Availability: Ensure product availability and visibility; monitor stock levels.
- Market Execution and Merchandising: Oversee merchandising efforts and ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Provide insights and reports on sales performance and market intelligence.
- Promotions and Campaigns: Execute in-store promotions to drive product awareness.
- Territory Management: Plan and prioritize customer visits to maximize efficiency.
- Compliance and Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures.
About You:To be successful, you should have:
- 12 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Additionally, you must hold Saudi Nationality as per government requirements.
