We’re Hiring: Head of E-Commerce Section.

About the Role
As the Head of E-Commerce Section, you will be at the forefront of our digital evolution, crafting and executing strategies that enhance customer experience, boost online sales, and maximize ROI. You'll lead a talented team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Lead the optimization of the online shopping experience to ensure smooth customer journeys and high conversion rates.
  • Manage and enhance digital platforms in line with performance and security standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics and propose improvements to support sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams on digital campaigns including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform decisions and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee user experience (UX/UI), ensuring the digital store design promotes engagement and sales.
  • Ensure seamless payment, shipping, and return processes.
  • Manage digital customer service to ensure timely, effective support and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs, generate regular reports, and suggest data-driven strategies.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and digital technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Lead the implementation of digital transformation tools and AI solutions to enhance performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or e-commerce are a plus.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing e-commerce or digital business functions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
