This role is for a Freelance Annotator (English) - AI Trainer, participating in projects designed to enhance artificial intelligence. This is a part-time, project-based opportunity, not permanent employment.

Role Context and Purpose

Annotation is fundamental to how AI systems interpret and interact with the world. As an Annotator, you will contribute to online projects focused on rating AI-generated content, assessing factual accuracy, or comparing AI responses. Participation is dependent on project availability and specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully review provided data, including text, images, or videos.
• Label or classify content based on specific project guidelines.
• Identify and flag material that is factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in any professional role.
• Demonstrated logical thinking, fact-checking, and reasoning abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to understand and follow complex instructions.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to ask clarifying questions when necessary.
• Genuine interest in technology and artificial intelligence.

Project Structure and Compensation

This is a part-time, remote, freelance project. Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10-20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload, applicable only while the project is active. Tasks must be submitted by the deadline and meet acceptance criteria. Compensation is up to $15/hr per accepted task. The specific rate depends on the qualification tier achieved and task completion efficiency, while maintaining required quality standards.
