Business Analyst

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing various procurement activities and ensuring compliance with established procedures. This role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate efficient procurement processes and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from the initial Purchase Requisition through to PO closure.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors to meet organizational needs.
• Prepare necessary procurement compliance documents, including SSJ & SEF.
• Coordinate supplier registration and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Maintain centralized Purchase Order (PO) records and tracking systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on procurement activities.
• Follow up on Purchase Orders from issuance until their final closure.
• Support the continuous improvement of procurement workflows and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration.
• Demonstrated understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
