Role Summary: Senior Production Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Production Manager (Poultry) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves managing self-directed, multi-functional teams to efficiently process and pack poultry products. The manager will ensure that internal customer order requirements are met within defined performance parameters, adhering to product specifications, quality, and safety standards. The role also focuses on ensuring all poultry products are packed to fulfill internal customer service requirements while meeting agreed quality specifications and cost parameters, and that all necessary resources are available and utilized safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize product quality to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Maximize service to internal customers by delivering the right product at the right time and specification.
• Optimize product yield and minimize wastage, along with plant utilization, to maximize the operational contribution to profitability.
• Ensure Health & Safety on-the-job training is conducted for staff to guarantee all activities are performed safely and efficiently.
• Direct, manage, and control required manpower and resources efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Motivate the workforce to meet future business challenges.
• Identify, plan, and implement requisite staff development initiatives.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
