Coordination Manager (Program & Interface)

About the Role

SNC-Lavalin Fayez Engineering is seeking a Coordination Manager (Program & Interface) to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs on behalf of clients. This role requires a client-side leader who will drive delivery, integration, governance, and decision-making across multiple workstreams, rather than operating as a traditional secondee. This is a regular work type position.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will independently lead and coordinate complex initiatives, manage interfaces across numerous stakeholders, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve issues. The primary objective is to ensure successful program outcomes through effective leadership and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic programs and projects.
• Act as the central integration point across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting structures, decision-making processes, and escalation mechanisms.
• Drive alignment between strategic objectives, delivery plans, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure dependencies, interfaces, risks, and opportunities are proactively identified and managed.

Required Skills and Experience

• Ability to manage complex interfaces across multiple projects and disciplines.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency in monitoring program performance, schedule, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
• Demonstrated capability to lead problem-solving and decision-making across organizational boundaries.
