Director CMS

About the Role

National Security Services is seeking a Director, CMS to lead and manage cash management services. This full-time role involves developing strategies to ensure the business unit maintains a leading market position, providing secure cash management services to clients, and overseeing budget and profitability. The Director will also define new requirements and processes, manage existing operations, and drive continuous business improvement while establishing strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement corporate strategy and achieve short-term and long-term objectives set by Executive Management.
• Lead the development and implementation of cash management services strategies in alignment with industry practices and regulations.
• Prepare and manage cash services budgets, plan and report on cash management services budget, and ensure departmental profitability.
• Monitor and manage the mobilization and demobilization of all new and existing projects, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
• Oversee centralized Cash Services operations, including Cash-in-Transit (CIT), ATM, and Mobile Branch Cash Collection (MBCC).
• Monitor, maintain, and improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performance management team, providing mentoring for career development.
• Build understanding of key stakeholders' needs, drivers, and constraints, and develop common understanding across competing needs.

• Motivate human resources, develop knowledge and skills, and define recruitment and training requirements in coordination with departmental heads and HR.
• Foster a culture of cooperation, learning, development, and leadership.
